PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the fitting strength to a building frame, and to prevent the generation of dew condensation by coating the periphery of an aluminum material with the resin frame except for an inside surface, and overlapping a fixing edge of the aluminium material with a fixing edge of the resin frame so as to fix them to the building frame. ;SOLUTION: A lower frame 20 of a sash is formed of an aluminium material A and a resin frame P, which surrounds an outside of the aluminum material A. A lower end of an inside end of the aluminium frame A is provided with a fixing edge 26, and an upper end thereof is provided with a fixing edge 28. The upper and the lower fixing edges 26, 28 are made to abut on an outside surface of a window sill 51 and a door sill 52. An upper and a lower fixing edges 27, 29 of an inside end of a resin frame P are overlapped with the fixing edges 26, 28 of the upper and the lower ends of the aluminium frame A, and fixed to the window sill 51 and the door sill 52 or the like by fixing tools S1, S2 such as nail. The aluminium frame A of the lower frame 20 is coated with the resin frame P except for the inside surface so as to protect the outside surface of the aluminium frame A from the atmospheric air, and the generation of dew condensation is thereby prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
