CONSTITUTION:Coil elements 37, to be contained in a carrying jig 39, are grasped and lifted and then they are turned down in the same direction simultaneously thus arranging a plurality of coil elements 37 on an assembling jig 60, while partially overlapping with a predetermined angle, on the outside of a commutator 53. The coil elements 37 are arranged standing radially with a predetermined angle and then they are grasped, in this state, and turned down in the same direction simultaneously.
