PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pressure-type thermometer by which a temperature can be measured with high accuracy without being influenced by an ambient temperature by installing a temperature correction and computing circuit which corrects a temperature error due to the ambient temperature of a pressure converter. ;SOLUTION: A capillary 27 which transmits a pressure at the inside of a thermosensitive bulb 23 is inserted into a protective pipe 24, one end of it is inserted into the thermosensitive bulb 23, and the other end of it is connected to a connecting end 26 via a heat insulating material 23. A pressure detector 29, a temperature sensor 30, a temperature converter 31, a connecting pipe 33 and the like are housed in a pressure converter 25. A signal processing part 32 (a temperature correction and computing circuit) executes a correction and computing operation which corrects a temperature error by using a temperature signal from the temperature converter 31 with reference to a pressure signal obtained by the pressure detector 29. Thereby, a temperature near the thermosensitive bulb 23 can be measured in such a way that the influence of an ambient temperature near the pressure detector 29 is corrected. In addition, since the signal is computed electronically, a pressure-type thermometer can be connected easily to a computer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
