PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee ideal initialization of a missile head by providing a means for inhibitting the launch sequence of a missile if a prefire signal does not surpass a reference signal level by a specified amount, to inhibit the firing of the missile when the ignition of the missile head is disabled. ;SOLUTION: A prefire signal 102a works to apply signal to an SCR116 through a register and a pulse converter 104 having two windings 106 and 108. A comparing means is provided to compare the prefire signal 102a with a reference signal level. Means 216 and 240 are included to interrupt a missile firing sequence when the prefire signal 102a is not below the reference signal level by a specified value.
