PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and speedily recognize the operation of a control program. SOLUTION: A trace condition storage memory 8 previously sets address information and the trace data collection period of an input point for reading and preserving data of a memory in accordance with the operation memory 5 as trace condition data. A trace data storage memory 9 reads data of the operation memory 5 and it is written. A main control part 2 reads pertinent data of the operation memory 5 in accordance with address information of the input point which is set when it becomes the trace data collection period by trace condition data, sequentially writes them in the trace data storage memory 9 ands necessary data are written without omission.
