PURPOSE:To increase the lighting area of window frame as well as permit outer and inner sliding doors to be removed inwards for a sliding type soundproof sash in which an air-tight part for inner sliding door is attached to the outside-room side of the inner rail of the lower frame. CONSTITUTION:Door wheels 53 to be guided to the inner rail as a grooved rail 9 of the lower frame 2 are attached to the inner sliding door 50. An airtight part 12 for the inner sliding door is attached to the outside-room side of the rail 9, where the upper end of the part 12 is almost leveled with the upper end of the rail 9. The level of an outer rail 21 is set up to be higher than the rail 9, and the hooking allowance H1 with the outer rail 21 of the inside-room side 42a of the lower casing 42 of the outer sliding door is made greater than a liftable amount A1, and the hooking allowance H2 with the rail 9 is made smaller than the liftable amount A1.
