PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily handle even a long unbonded PC steel member and to easily and accurately insert it into a pile hole by enabling a plurality of reels for the unbonded PC steel to be selectively engaged and disengaged and be driven and rotated. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of reels 2 for unbonded PC steel are passed through a spindle 3 and driven and rotated by a motor 41. A locking hole 43 in the spindle 3 and a locking pin 44 for the PC steel reel 2 are allowed to be selectively engaged and disengaged, or the PC steel reels can be selectively driven and rotated with a clutch on a drive shaft. A measuring means is provided for measuring the length of the unbonded PC steel, and the reels 2 for the unbonded PC steel are controlled according to its measurements by a control mechanism to be driven and rotated so as to insert PC steel evenly into a pile hole. Thus even when the unbonded PC steel used is very long, working processes are simplified, and it can be accurately inserted into the pile hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
