PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position metal parts readily promptly even in any kind of metal by forming on metal parts an engaging recess to be engaged with an ejector pin provided on the lower mold. ;SOLUTION: An ejector pin 13 is projected in a state of the upper mold and lower mold 12 open, and the pin 13 is inserted in a piercing hole 5, thereby positioning metal plates 3, 4. After that, the ejector pin 13 is withdrawn and the upper mold 11 and lower mold 12 are clamped, thus holding metal plates 3, 4. Then, a molten resin is poured under pressure in a cavity defined between the upper mold 11 and the lower mold 12, and after resin is cooled and solidified, the mold is made open, following this, a shoe insole formed is released from the lower mold 12 by means of the ejector pin 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
