PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy conservation circuit of a hydraulic power steering which reduced energy loss which results from a piping resistance by controlling a temperature of an operation oil which is supplied to an oil pressure power steering circuit to a definite scope in which the chamber temperature is poor. ;SOLUTION: A downstream side of a hydraulic power steering device 104 which power assists the steering handle 103 by an output of an oil pressure pump 102 connected to an engine 101 to be driven is branched off to a short-cut pipe 110 a cooling pipe 111 for cooling operation oil to be connected to a temperature sensing automatic direction change-over valve 105, and the short-cut pipe 110 and the cooling pipe 111 are automatically or selectively communicated to and sealed from a feed-back pipe 112 with the temperature sensing automatic direction change-over valve 105 thereby controlling the temperature to a definite scope.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
