PURPOSE:To dynamically change operation environment by preparing plural operation environment information files and managing the files by an operation environment information managing file. CONSTITUTION:A writing means 14 refers to the operation environment information managing file 6 storing information for managing respective operation environment files 5 and writes inputted operation environment information in the file 5. After execution operation environment changing work plural times, a reorganizing means 15 deletes generated unnecessary information from the file 5 or unnecessary information from a job management file 7. A deleting means 16 deletes firmware which is made unnecessary in accordance with the change of the operation environment from a firmware file 4. Thereby even when other jobs are in operating, the operation environment of a job concerned can be changed without interrupting the operating jobs or waiting their ends.
