PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lock the protruded head section of a support section although the upper face of the apex of a fixed body is very narrow by supporting the head section of the protruded support section with an expansion spring pin having small tension, and locking the spring pin on thermal fuses. ;SOLUTION: An expansion spring pin (b)is inserted into the recess 21 of the head section 20 of a support section 15 having a needle protruded from the apex of a fixed body 5 screwed to a cylinder 1 in this automatic fire extinguishing gas spray apparatus (a). Base sections of two leg sections of the spring pin (b) are fixed via a fastener, the leg sections are bent outward, and the outside leg sections bent nearly in parallel with the leg sections are locked on thermal fuses 24 fitted to fixed sections 23. When a fire occurs and the inside of a room reaches a prescribed high temperature, the thermal fuses 24 are fused, and the leg sections of the expansion spring pin (b) are expanded outward. The support section 15 is lowered, a needle 14 fitted to its body section 12 breaks the sealing plate 2 of the cylinder 1, and the filled high-pressure fire extinguishing gas is automatically sprayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
