摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an item balance management file updating processing system capable of improving the operation efficiency of the whole file updating system even when much transaction information is inputted. ;CONSTITUTION: A transaction processing part 1 adds and updates the number of accounting items and amounts of each store in each accounting unit through a checkup counter 2 and a capital settlement counter 3 based upon transaction information received from an on-line system. Then a settlement processing part 4 totalizes inter-store accounting unit transaction information for accounting items related to a head office in each store and each accounting unit based upon the count value of the counter 3 for a time band other than the operation time of the on-line system, updates the accounting of the head office in each store and each accounting unit of the counter 2 based upon the totalized result and updates the branch accounting of the head office by totalizing the count values of respective stores.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
