PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate regulation of the inclination angle of the upper surface of a cover by a method wherein an upper end frame inserted through the upper end of an inspection cylinder is rotatable in a specified direction around a rubber ring serving as a fulcrum and the upper end face of the upper end frame is inclined at a given angle with a lower end face. ;SOLUTION: Given rotation inclination or more to a position below an upper end frame 11 causes dislocation of a rubber ring 15 from the inner wall of an inspection cylinder 6, and maintenance of airtightness is impossible to make. However, dislocation of the rubber ring 15 from the inner wall is prevented and through regulation of the rotation angle of the upper end frame 11 by a stopper 20, airtightness between the upper end frame 11 and the inspection cylinder 6 is ensured. In this case, the upper end frame 11 is inserted through the upper end of the inspection cylinder 6 and with this state, the upper end frame is rotatable in a 360° direction around a rubber ring 15 serving as a fulcrum. Thus, the upper end face 16 of the upper end frame 11, i.e., the upper surface of a cover 19, inserted in the inspection cylinder 6 rotatably around the rubber ring 15 serving as a fulcrum is brought into a state to incline based on a lower end face 17 of the upper end frame 11. This constitution performs regulation of an inclination angle in a wide range, increases the degree of freedom of adaptation to a slope ground, and facilitates rotation of even the upper end frame 11 of a large inspection cylinder 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
