PURPOSE: To prevent cracks generated on a pile and easily remove the extra part of the concrete pile head from the pile body, in forming the concrete pile in which a permanent substructural column is inserted after concrete has been placed. ;CONSTITUTION: An H-shaped steel is used for a permanent substructural column 3. Static breaking members 4 are attached to a steel rod cage corresponding to the extra pile head of a concrete pile and a separable member 5 preventing clogging of concrete at the inside face of the permanent substructural column 3 corresponding to the extra pile head of the concrete pile and also at the steel rod cage. Moreover, the unsticking material from the concrete face is provided at the external face of the permanent substructural column 3 corresponding to the extra pile head. A steel rod cage is inserted in the pile hole excavated in the presence of a stabilizer liquid and the static breaking member 4 is submerged in the stabilizing liquid 4. After the hydrating swelling action of the static breaking member 4 is brought, concrete is placed in the pile hole and after the concrete has been placed, the permanent substructural column 3 is inserted in the concrete.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
