PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate a low threshold design based on the experience by predicting that an existing young and healthy house building planner will be an old or might be a handicapped person in the future, and experiencing a height of the threshold. ;SOLUTION: This is a device arranged in a place like a house exhibition place for studying knowledge about house planning, and a threshold plate 1 is removably arranged on a path between two pillars and this arrangement permits the path without the threshold plate 1 and with the threshold plate 1. Moreover, the threshold plate can be set to be of multisteps like a single threshold plate 1 and a two-step threshold plate 2, and the threshold can be changed in height. Further, the single step threshold plate 1 and twostep threshold plate 2 are also made possible to turn up and down centering one pivoting end and be fixed along the pillars when they are put away.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
