PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a pattern with a texture of a carpet and a raw fabric through an ultraviolet-curing coating layer and a polyester layer of surface side and an undercoat layer visible and to provide a depth to the pattern even when the surface of a decorative member is substantially flat. ;SOLUTION: A decorative member P is provided with a base sheet 1 made of wood. A carpet 2 is extended on the surface of the base sheet 1. The surface of the carpet 2 is coated with a sanding sealer under a condition where the fibers of the carpet 2 are piled to provided an undercoat layer 3. A transparent polyester layer 4 being a thermosetting resin is provided on the surface of the undercoat layer 3.
