PURPOSE: To firmly fit a panel of easy handling to the structure plane of a building by simple execution, and finish the wall face with good appearance. ;CONSTITUTION: A fitting member 16 having an engaging piece 24 and a fixing piece 22 is fixed on the back of a panel 10 formed into a prescribed form. A fitting 'rail 2 provided with an engaging part 4 of groove or the like shape along the lengthwise direction is fixed onto the structure plane 1 of a building. The engaging piece 24 of the fitting member 16 is engaged with the engaging part 4 of the fitting rail 2 movably in the lengthwise direction of the rail. The panel 10 is moved in the lengthwise direction of the rail, and positioned on a prescribed position.
