PURPOSE: To enable comparatively big trees to be planted without enlarging each block itself, and also enable planting density in the surface of a slope to be high. ;CONSTITUTION: In blocks 11a, 11b and 11c, each small frame section 13 and each large frame section 14 projected ahead of the small frame section are interchangeably arranged in the front surface of an inclined surface section 12 equivalent to the surface of a slope 42. Each frame section 13 and 14 is opened at its upper surface, and each large frame section 14 is also opened at its lower surface. The blocks 11a, 11b and 11c are vertically piled up. In this case, the lower opening 18 of each large frame section 14 in the blocks 11c, 11a and 11b at the upper side is tightly piled up on the upper opening of each small frame section in the blocks 11a, 11b and 11c at the lower side. Deep planting recessed sections 46 largely opened upward can be distributed in a checked shape by letting each small frame section 13 and each large frame section 14 be vertically adjacent to each other.
