PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt making a carbon fiber reinforced composite material and a ceramic composite material highly dense easily by CVI or resin impregnation or the like while they can be manufactured at a low cost and pores continuing from a surface to an inside are provided. Then, sufficiently compacted carbon fiber reinforced composite material and a sufficiently compacted ceramics composite material can be manufactured by using the highly impregnating three dimentional textile.
