Level-by-level development method for material requirements planning

摘要

PURPOSE: To acquire in a short time the demand information that is generated when a parts list is processed in order of lower level codes and in a state where the demand information is sorted when the ordering of each product is processed for calculation of the quantity of demanded materials. CONSTITUTION: When the demand information generated through the processing of a parts list is registered at a key part of a level-by-level management table, the contents of plural positions of the key part are replaced with each other based on a prescribed procedure. These contents are also replaced with each other based on a prescribed procedure when the demand information is taken out of the level-by-level management table. Thus it is possible to take the demand information out of the level-by-level management table in its sorting order when the ordering processing is carried out.
