Reagent null for uveitis diagnosis

PURPOSE:To obtain the title reagent which is useful as a simple method of biochemical diagnosis for uveitis and contributable to ophthalmologic diagnosis and therapeutic techniques by using a reagent for determining adenosine deaminase as an element. CONSTITUTION:The subject reagent contains, as an element, a reagent for determining adenosine deaminase(ADA). For the reagent, a method selected from the GLDH-NADH method, the GLDH-NADPH method and the XOD-PNP method is employed.
