PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously producing degassed water and gas saturated water. ;SOLUTION: This axial flow pump has a casing 11 having an inlet port and an outlet port, the main shaft 10 rotated within the casing 11 and the main blade 15 attached to the main shaft 10. In this case, an auxiliary blade 16 is attached in adjacent relation to the main blade 15 and the attaching angle of the auxiliary blade 16 is reverse to that of the main blade 15 and, as the main shaft 10, a hollow shaft is used and suction holes 22 for sucking cavitation air bubbles are bored in the wall surface of the main shaft 10 and water is continuously degassed within the main shaft 10 by the degassing pump 1 connected to a vacuum pump. The degassing pump 1, a water supply tank, an aeration tank and a gas cylinder are provided and the water of the water supply tank is degassed by the degassing pump 1 to be supplied to the aeration tank and desired gas is introduced to perform aeration to obtain gas-saturated water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
