PURPOSE: To eliminate a filling process between a batholith improvement body and a retaining wall for a soil cement column row, and even shorten a construction period by drilling the body and constructing the wall therein. ;CONSTITUTION: A batholith improvement body 1 constituting an excavated bottom 6 is laid in advance, covering an area up to a position where a surrounding earth retaining wall for a soil cement column row, via the application of the deep mixing method of soil stabilization. After the body 1 is laid, soil around the periphery thereof is drilled with an excavator having a small drilling diameter multi-shaft. Furthermore, cement milk, while being fed, is agitated and mixed to surround the body 1, and the retaining wall 2 is constructed therein.
