PURPOSE: To efficiently carry out connecting work of a connecting object such as a box culvert by preventing torsional deformation of a joint part of a sealant. ;CONSTITUTION: A required number of sealants 11 are stuck on one connecting surface 2 and end surfaces facing against each other of the sealants 11 are butted and sealed concerning the sealants 11 interposed between the connecting surfaces 2, 3 of both of adjoining connecting objects 1 and to seal both of the connecting surfaces 2, 3.
