PURPOSE: To form a correcting device for a curved tube with a urethane bar, to correct the deformation of the cross section of the curved tube through the use of its bending performance and rigidity, and also to improve the connecting performance of a coupling body for correcting the curved tube made of different materials. ;CONSTITUTION: Bending is performed with a curved tube correcting device 3 inserted into the whole bending part of the tube, the correcting device 3 consisting of a urethane bar with nearly the same diameter as the bore of a tube to be worked for a curved tube 1; while the deformation of the cross section of the curved tube is prevented through the rigidity of the urethane bar, the urethane bar is pulled out by means of a curved tube withdrawing device 4, correcting the deformation of the curved tube. Further, a protruding part 9 with a conical tip, which is formed by rotating the arrow mark at the end of the withdrawing device, is forcedly inserted into a cavity 8 which is wider in the depth as arranged and formed at the end of the urethane bar by rotating in a projecting shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
