PURPOSE:To provide a vial wherein the sorting depending on materials is extremely easy at the time of discarding or incineration process, and also, at the time of discarding, the container made of glass or synthetic resin and the plug made of rubber, etc., can be rationally sorted depending on materials, and can be recycled. CONSTITUTION:On the outer periphery of a plug base part 12 made of an elastic material such as rubber, etc., through which a needle can pass, a thin seal cylinder 15 with a cylindrical structure, wherein an upward plug openable attitude and a downward sealing attitude under which the seal cylinder 15 is fitted on the outer peripheral surface of a bottle mouth 14 can be reversibly obtained, is integrally formed. At the same time, a plug part 16 with a cylindrical structure, which is tightly fitted in the bottle mouth 14, is integrally formed on the lower surface of the plug base part 12, and thus, a plug body A is constituted. Then, on the plug part 16 of the plug body A, ventilating means 17, 18 to communicate the inside of a bottle container 13 with the outside are provided.
