PURPOSE:To suppress local foaming reaction by forming a fine grain sand layer on the original ground, burying a gas blowing pipe in the sand layer thereafter spraying foaming resin beads thereon and foaming them by heated gas from the gas blowing pipe. CONSTITUTION:A gas blowing pipe 3 is buried in an about 60mm thick sand layer 4 after foaming it on an about 70cm deep depressed ground 2 of about 1mX1m plane area. Many jet holes 3a are drilled in the gas blowing pipe 3 and connected to a boiler through a gas supply pump. A form 6 is mounted above resin beads 5 after scattering them in about 23mm thickness on the sand layer 4. Next, the resin beads are expanded to about 70cm in height from a surface of the sand layer 4 by continuing a blow of steam of about 100 deg.C for about 17min at a flow rate of 0.1m3 per minute, and at this point of time, a surface of the foaming resin is pressed by pressing force 7. In this way, internal and external parts of the resin beads 5 after foaming can be placed in a uniform foaming condition.
