PURPOSE:To remove difficulty in the working of a cemented carbide sintered product essentially consisting of metallic carbide powder, to improve the efficiency of its productivity and to reduce its working cost. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder constituted of metallic carbide powder (such as WC) as raw material components and selectively contg. metallic powder and alloy powder (such as Co) is mixed with metallic oxide powder (such as Co2O3, and Co3O4) to prepare cemented carbide powder for injection molding. The above cemented carbide formed powder is kneaded with an organic binder, and this kneaded product is thereafter subjected to injection molding, is dewaxed in a reduced atmosphere or in an atmosphere of an inert gas and is sintered in vacuum or in vacuum at the preceding stage and in an nonoxidizing atmosphere at the poststage.
