The present invention provides a drain pack comprising a reticulate portion and a reinforcement portion, and a square drain pack. The present invention also provides a pack guide casing for burying packs under the ground without causing the packs to be intertwined, as well as a machine for automatically charging packs into a guide casing. Besides these, the present invention discloses a novel drain structure and a method of arranging drain structures with a uniform effective drainage radius. Therefore, the drain arranging method and drain forming apparatus according to the present invention have the effects of maximizing the draining effect and quickening the ground subsidence.
