Way of reinforcing existing steel girder bridge

摘要

PURPOSE: To facilitate the introduction of tensile force of cables, by providing prestressed concrete cross members in the steel girders and stretching PC cables between the fixed end and the tension end of the cross members. ;CONSTITUTION: The fixed ends 2, 2a made of prestressed concrete are provided at both girder end frames 7 of a steel girder 1. And tension ends 3, 3a made of prestressed concrete are positioned at the further place than the center of support span in the steel girder bridge from the fixed ends 2, 2a. PC cables 10 for reinforcement of the steel girder are extended between the fixed end 2 and the tension end 3 and also the fixed end 2a and the tension end 3a respectively and the PC cables 10 for reinforcement of the steel girder are anchored by an anchorage plate and nuts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
