PURPOSE:To easily acquire 4 the connection information of a job by transmitting a job name from a data managing device to terminal equipment based on a connection information table, and performing data communication based on the job name. CONSTITUTION:When a user selects transmission to the data managing device 6, the retrieval of an information table 103 for data managing device is started, and automatic dialing is performed. Then, a line between the terminal equipment 10 and the managing device 6 is connected in an exchange network 9, and a simulation means 106 which performs the key-in operation of a command is activated. Thereby, connection to a data connection job is performed, and the job name that is the kind of job processing is transmitted from the connection information table 61 in the managing device 6. A device 10 displays the job name on a display screen 107, and the user selects the job name desired to acquire, and transmits it to the managing device 6, and transmits a correspondent parameter to the terminal equipment 10 as one record, and registers it on a recording medium 11. The record is used when the job is performed, thereby, the connection information can be easily acquired.
