PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure of a measuring sensor due to mechanical damage of an osmosis membrane by suppressing the measurement error due to the effect of other volatile component, not measured at the time of measuring one volatile component in a fermented liquid, through a simple means. ;SOLUTION: The support for an osmosis membrane forms a plug 5 for closing the opening 4 of casing covered with an osmosis membrane 6 abutting against one end face of the plug 5.
