PURPOSE: To obtain a good press-formability by making iron content in a plating layer, surface roughness and skewness in amplitude probability distribution of the surface roughness each the specific value. ;CONSTITUTION: The iron content in the plating layer is made to 7-12wt% and three dimensional average surface roughness SRa in the plating layer is made to 0.7-1.4μm and further, the skewness S in the amplitude probability distribution of the surface roughness defined with the equation I is made to 0.1-0.3. In the equation I,,3 three dimensional moment of the amplitude probability density, σ: standard deviation in the amplitude probability density.
