PURPOSE: To provide a work machine and a wire fair leader on a slope face or the like which conducts guidance without damaging support wires that are from right and left winches and support a vehicle body in a suspension state and without giving resistance and can move the vehicle body easily and smoothly in the vertical and lateral directions. ;CONSTITUTION: This is a work machine consisting of a vehicle body that can conduct various operations on a slope face; a travel device; and a pair of winches 14, 14A to wind up support wires 49, 49A that are fitted to the right and left places of the vehicle body and support the vehicle body on the slope face. This is a pair of wire fair leaders consisting of fitting plates 54 fixed respectively at the vehicle body of the front place of a pair of winches; rotary shafts 57 that are fitted to penetration hole 55 insides formed at the approximately center portions of the fitting plates 54 and possess at the center portions support wire passing holes; support wire guide members 58; and a pair of guide rollers 60 which conduct guidance while supporting respectively the support wires of a pair of winches fitted rotatably and respectively to the support wire guide member 58 insides.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
