PURPOSE:To automatically determine an alarm generation level and to display the level in each district by calculating an alarm generation value based upon an advancing angle and a forecasted arrival time to a reference point set up in each district for all target information and comparing the maximum alarm generation value with an alarm generation reference value in each district. CONSTITUTION:A memory 1 stores information relating to plural flying targets catched by a sensor 10 and an advancing angle calculating circuit 3 reads out target information discriminated as an enemy or unidentified target information from a memory 1 and reads out district-sorted reference points set up in each district from a memory 2 to calculate an advancing angle theta. A maximum alarm generation value circuit 5 determines the maximum alarm generation value from the advancing angle theta and the forecasted arrival time T obtained by a forecasted arrival time calculating circuit 4 which are obtained for all target information in each district and an alarm generation level determining circuit 7 compares the maximum alarm generation value obtained in each district with an alarm generation reference value stored in a memory 7 to determine the alarm level. Consequently, an attack level can be automatically evaluated and displayed in each district.
