PURPOSE:To simplify operation to accelerate the speed of data entry into an input section and reduce the number of input errors by recording and updating a corrected and entered text and storing the revised and entered text with added information to the effect that layout information is corrected. CONSTITUTION:If an instruction for the creation of an area using a rule is given and area data is entered, an area editing control device 14 creates layout information for each area.
