PURPOSE: To make a sea-side overhung member and a land-side structure lighter by integrating the front and side faces of an elevatable membranous material which is installed on a building overhung from a quaywall to the sea side and mounting both ends of the frame of the membranous material to a sea-side column in an elevatable manner. ;CONSTITUTION: An elevatable membranous material 8 is formed with the front and side faces integrated in an elevation range from a height over a mast to the height of a relatively tall on-board structure.
