PURPOSE:To largely correct the unbalance quantity by cutting a work via the rotation feed within the preset angle range centering on the weight unbalance direction for the first correction. CONSTITUTION:A work, i.e., a turbo charger impeller, is clamped and rotated on a work hold section 2 provided on a base section 1, the first machining unit 3a for cutting the boss section B of the impeller and the second machining unit 3b for cutting a back section S are provided on the base section 1 adjacently to the hold section 2, and existence of the weight unbalance is detected by an initial unbalance measurement section 4 for measuring the weight unbalance of the impeller, and an unbalance quantity check section 5 for measuring the weight unbalance of the impeller again after it is cut by the machining units 3a, 3b is arranged adjacently to the base section 1. The measurement section 4 and check section 5 can determine the direction and quantity of the weight unbalance when the work is rotated.
