At a suitable time point before the betting of the race is finished, the host system 3 successively takes out the telephone numbers registered to a telephone number table and calls out the in-house betting terminals 1-1 to 1-N. When there are betting data, the betting data are transmitted to the host system 3 and when there are no betting data, information showing the absence of the betting data are transmitted.
