PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure a quantity of power by interposing on a power-transmitting rod incorporated in a power-measuring device such as a axial force meter or the like, a joint structure which is coupled in an axial direction of the power-transmitting rod, but absorbs a power in a rotating direction. ;SOLUTION: A lower end of a power-transmitting rod 2 is coupled to an adapter-mounting shaft 18 via a joint structure 12 having a coupler 15. An adapter 11 is screwed into a lower end of the adapter-mounting shaft 18. The coupler 15 and the mounting shaft 18 are coupled only in an axial direction by an engaging member 21. The engaging member 21 is coupled to be rotatable in a circumferential direction within an engaging groove 20. Therefore, the adapter-mounting shaft 18 is rotatably coupled to the power-transmitting rod 2. For example, even when an external force acts to the adapter 11 or adapter- mounting shaft 18 in a rotating direction, the external force is not transmitted to the power-transmitting rod 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
