PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute an analysis regarding operation parallelizing based upon the execution of a job without using any job control statement by gathering operation information needed for the operation parallelizing analysis of the program when the program is executed. SOLUTION: An executing function 22 has an information collecting means 31 and actuates the information collecting means 31 when a job as an object of operation parallelizing analysis is executed. The information gathering means 31 gathers information needed to judge operation parallelizing according to the operation of the job and outputs it as operation information to an area 35 in time series. An information generating means 32 generates information in element units regarding the operation parallelizing by referring to the operation information stored in the area 35, and outputs it again to the area 35 as an element table. Then an information analyzing means 33 compares and checks the element table stored in the area 35 and conditions of the specific operation parallelizing to judge whether or not respective steps in the job can operate at the same time. A result output means 34 outputs the result judged by the information analyzing means 33 to an output medium 4.
