PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and to reduce leakage of vibration by connecting a vibrator to a support at a node of a vibration part via a bridge part and integrating them by the etching method. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 1 consists of a vibration part 2 and a support 3 via a bridge part 4 and they are integrated by the etching method. Since the 1st bridge part 4 is a node of vibration, the displacement is almost zero and the energy of the vibration part is not almost propagated to the 1st frame part 5. Simultaneously, the vibrator 1 constitutes a 2nd frame 7 with the 1st frame 5 via a 2nd bridge part 6 and they are supported by a mount part 8. Thus, a bending crystal resonator with small size without leakage of vibration is realized.
