PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a means convenient for the user by selecting an optional number plan among lots of number plans especially in the case of dialing with respect to a technology making call connection according to the number plan denoting a network configured among specific terminal equipments. ;SOLUTION: The method is a method conducting exchange for call connection between both terminal equipments using an exchange network 100 connecting a caller terminal equipment A and a called terminal equipment B according to a number plane denoting a network configured between specific terminal equipments. At first, a number plan with a number plan selection number S93 being an identification code of the number plan and connection information corresponding to the number plan are registered in advance for each number plan. In the case that the number plan selection number S93 is provided, the exchange operation to conduct call connection between the caller terminal equipment A and the called terminal equipment B is conducted according to the connection information corresponding to the number plan with respect to the number plan selection number S93.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
