CONSTITUTION:10 to 90 parts wt copolymer A composed of 50 to 60mol% vinyl aromatic compound residue, 10 to 50mol% maleimide compound residue and 0 to 30mol% vinyl compound residue capable of being copolymerized therewith, 0 to 50 parts wt copolymer B composed of 90 to 40mol% vinyl aromatic compound residue and 10 to 60mol% vinyl cyanide compound residue, 5 to 89 parts wt graft copolymer C composed of 25 to 70wt% rubber elastic material particle, and 75 to 30wt% matrix resin consisting of 90 to 40mol% vinyl aromatic compound residue and 10 to 60mol% vinyl cyanide compound residue, and 1 to 45 parts wt graft copolymer D composed of 2 to 17wt% rubber elastic material particles and 98 to 83wt% matrix resin consisting of 90 to 40mol% vinyl aromatic compound residue and 10 to 60mol% vinyl cyanide compound residue, are contained. The title extrusion foaming composition is constructed by further containing 0.2 parts wt or under metallic soap and 0.05 to 0.2 parts wt antioxidant.
