PURPOSE:To facilitate the additional changes to a material necessity planning system by calculating again the correct material necessity plan information based on the new calendar information obtained after the change of a calendar even though the calendar is changed. CONSTITUTION:A calendar retrieving part 1 retrieves a calendar information storage part 2 with input of the calendar change information. A calendar updating part 3 updates the calendar information stored in the part 2, and a product information retrieving part 4 updates the product information storage part 5 with input of the product plan information. A product plan extracting part 9 extracts the information on a product A, etc., defining a product B as a component element as the product production plan information received from a product plan storage part 7 against the change of the product production plan information obtained after the change of the calendar information. These extracted information are stored in an extracted production plan information storage part 10. Then a production plan registering part 12 registers the product production plan information and the material necessity plan information to the part 7.
