PURPOSE:To obtain the title compound the title compound of high electrical conductivity which can form a solid-state electrolyte having a transport number of about 100% for the objective ions and is composed of three randomly arranged specified kinds of segments. CONSTITUTION:The title oligoalkyleneoxypolyphosphazene compound of randomly arranged segments of formulas I, II and III or a mixture thereof, wherein M is a hydrogen atom, an onium group or an alkali metal; R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl; R' is a methyl, an ethyl or a propyl; h and k are each the average number of repetitive alkyleneoxy units and are real numbers in the ranges of 0=h=18 and 0=k=20; and l, m and n are integers and satisfy 3=l+m+n=200000, and l+nnot equal to 0. This compound can be obtained by reacting an oligoalkyleneoxytrifluorobutylsulfonic acid or its salt with an alcohol of an oligoethyleneoxymonoalkyl ether and a dischlorophosphonitrile polymer.
