PURPOSE: To accurately perform the 3-D drawing of plural primitives by providing a bit calculation function for a frame buffer. ;CONSTITUTION: Cursors 3 and 9, primitives 1, 2, 7 and 8 and alphabetic characters A, B, X and Y are drawn, and when picking takes place, revealing is made. When the primitive which first overlaps a cursor 6 is revealed, the primitive to be overwritten with revealing color is not a primitive 4, but a primitive 5. When the primitive which first overlaps the cursor is revealed, the primitive to be overwritten with the revealing color is not a primitive 11, but a primitive 10. Accordingly, the alphabetic character B and the cursor 6 are displayed in addition to the alphabetic character B and so, the cubic relationships between the primitives 4 and 5 is made clear.
