PURPOSE: To simply and accurately obtain the initial hydraulic pressure and the generated hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder by which a wrinkle holding load is evenly distributed among plural cushion pins, in a pressure equalizing cushion device by which a wrinkle holding load is transmitted through plural hydraulic cylinders and cushion pins. ;CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic pressure generated at the time of press forming is detected, while the initial hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder at the time of non-press forming is varied, to examine their relations; an area C is obtained where the generated hydraulic pressure is nearly constant in spite of the variation of the initial hydraulic pressure; the initial hydraulic pressure in the area C is judged as the initial pressure at the time of pressure equalization; and the hydraulic pressure generated in the area C is judged as the pressure generated at the time of pressure equalization. While a press is held at the bottom dead point to flow out the hydraulic oil the hydraulic circuit, the generated hydraulic pressure is detected; the area where the generated hydraulic pressure hardly changes in spite of the flow out of the hydraulic oil is judged as the pressure equalizing area; the generated hydraulic pressure at that time may be judged as the pressure generated at the time of pressure equalization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
