PURPOSE: To surely make airtight the lower part of a meeting part at an inside movement type single sliding window. ;CONSTITUTION: A lower rail 13 is connected to the lower part of an outside meeting stile 10 of an outside sash C through a sealer 39, a caul 40, and an adhesive sealer 41, and the lower part of a tongue strip 19 of an airtight member 18 for a meeting part, which member is attached to an indoor-side vertical plate 15 of the outside meeting stile 10, is stuck to the caul 40 with the adhesive sealer 41. The strips 19 of the airtight member 18 are brought into close contact with an outdoor-side vertical plate 7 of the inside overlap stile 2 of an inside sash B, and the lower parts of the strips 19 are brought into close contact with a vertical part 51 of an airtight member 50 for a meeting part at the lower rail, and hence the sashes are kept airtight. Airtightness is also kept by bringing the caul 40 into close contact with the vertical part 51 and a horizontal part 52 of the airtight member 50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
