PURPOSE: To loosen each screw with substantially the same torque by driving a driver with a main fastening torque necessary for main screwing calculated on the basis of temporary fastening torque, temporary fastening loosening torque and main fastening loosening torque to mainly fasten a screw to a partner member. ;CONSTITUTION: A temporary fastening torque T1 based on data of a screw 28' and a partner member is first set and inputted to a controller, and a driver 22 is driven with this temporary fastening torque T1 to temporarily fasten the screw 28' to the partner member.
